cupdesk MEET

Private video meetings

Video meetings for your team,
on a private server.

Cupdesk Meet is a browser-based meeting room that Cupdesk runs on its own infrastructure — no downloads, no third-party cloud. Team members sign in with their Google account; guests join with a link the host shares.

Members only

Only accounts on the team's allow-list can sign in. There is no public sign-up and no free trial.

Guests join with a link

The host shares a permanent link or a one-time invite. Guests type a name and join from any phone or computer — no account, no app.

Your data on one server

Audio and video are relayed by Cupdesk's own media server. Recordings exist only if the host starts them and are deleted automatically after the download window.

How it works

  1. The host signs in at meet.cupdesk.com with an authorized Google account and opens a meeting room.
  2. The host shares a link — the room's permanent guest link, a one-time invite, or a lobby link where guests wait to be admitted.
  3. Guests join from the browser. They enter a display name, check their camera and microphone, and join. Nothing is installed.

About “Sign in with Google”

Cupdesk Meet uses Google Sign-In only to confirm who you are. You authenticate on Google's own pages; Cupdesk never sees or stores your Google password and receives only your name, e-mail address and profile picture. Sign-in succeeds only if your e-mail address is on the team's allow-list.

Cupdesk is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Google LLC. Google Meet is a trademark of Google LLC. Cupdesk Meet is a separate, self-hosted service operated by Cupdesk.
